Mirka’s big-picture, start-to-finish approach means she brings added insight that others often overlook. Phil Tarca | Registered Builder
Working alongside Mirka in a collaborative partnership, Phil mainly operates behind-the-scenes. He’s also a fully registered builder, bringing intuitive observations on the architecture, functionality, and construction of different properties. He’s proactive in unlocking the potential of every house, and suggests ways to improve homes before listing.
Phil can provide construction, renovation, or extension services through Tarca Homes, and provide paths to add value to your property.
